Jarrod came to me, simply wanting to get stronger. He has been lifting but has not gained a ton of strength, in some time. He is not, nor does he have aspirations of becoming a powerlifter, but that did not stop him from putting his heart into it and making huge gains. He started at 225, 185, and 250 on squat, bp and deadlift respectively. Despite working 70 hours a week and going to college, he still made time for the gym. This netted him a 315 squat, 255 bp and an easy 315 deadlift. He nearly pulled 345.
Once Jarrod’s life slows a bit, he will back to smash more prs on HTS! Congrats Jarrod!
