Chris is a lifter that came to me to get stronger. Not for competition, but for himself. Chris works as a personal trainer. So, he knows the value and dedication it takes to achieve personal fitness goals. He started with a 225 lb squat, 210 lb bench press and 315 deadlift. When he started, his squat form needed to be corrected. He took my coaching and ran with it. He was always willing to listen and very optimistic. This served him well. His form improved on all lifts and gained a lot of strength. Chris ended with 310, 240, and 405. That is a 205 lb gai gain in 12 weeks! Very good for any level in that time frame.
