Dave contacted me about training him 3 months ago.  He just simply wanted to get stronger.  He had been lifting for a while but just could not seem to gain the strength he desired.  I could tell early on, he would be successful.  He was highly motivated and attentive to everything I told him.

Dave started with a 315 squat, 250 Bench Press and 365 deadlift.  After 12 weeks on HTS, he hit 405 squat, 300 bp, and a 405 deadlift.   Very good gains!  I happy to say, Dave has signed on for another round of HTS and I am sure that we will smash some prs!
