No chalk at gym today. Was going to pull last without straps, but no go without chalk. I felt horrible. Did not get to gym til after 9 pm and it was a last second thing. Horrid day and then just before hitting the gym, I hear about a shit talker in the area. It was very personal, it was lies and if said again, it will be dealt with. He was told. So, the emotions were overflowing and just metally and physically spent at gym time. Concentration was non-existent. But, I got an ok day in.
