Safety Bar Squats

700×1  pr!  Should be lower, but it was easy as hell.  I could have burried and thought of doing another rep or 2 but I didn’t want to push it coming off thigh strain.

Straight bar Squats with Green Bands to a 11.5″ Box

505×1  Second I dumped as I felt my other thigh!  I am most likely favoring one side.  It is not bad and I will be fine.  Squat is fine, so just need to play it smart.
