Acc Work

I was pissed I missed and my hand shows.  A few positives are that my grip is rock solid, as I held it without a problem for 87 secs.  74 of which were static where I could not push my hips forward.  The other is my hands love the Russian way of strapping up on lighter sets and then taking off on the heavy ones.  I have been doing this for a little while and I don’t tear a callous even on heavy pulls like this where I strain.
